Not another conference-room team building
Instead of keeping participants inside a conference room, we move the experience into a place that creates its own rhythm. Water, cycling routes, local workshops, landscape and a shared table naturally shape the day.
It is not a checklist of attractions. It is a proven way to spend a day together — adapted to the people who are actually coming.
A proven format
We have a prepared and tested team building scenario for the Barycz Valley. It is not a rigid schedule — every trip is adapted to the team.
01
We start calmly. Participants arrive in the Barycz Valley, meet over breakfast and get to know the plan for the day.
02
The team is divided into smaller groups. This gives the activities a natural rhythm and allows participants to experience different parts of the programme.
03
Kayaking, cycling, workshops and discovering the region. We build the programme to be varied without becoming overloaded.
04
After the active part of the day, everyone meets for a barbecue — in a place with character, for example near a local vineyard.
What do we do there?
01
A shared experience on the water that takes the team outside the office routine and creates natural space for interaction.
02
Routes through the Barycz Valley landscape. Movement, nature and discovering the region instead of another activity in a conference room.
03
Hands-on activities and local craft — from floral workshops to experiences inspired by the character of the region.
04
A shared table, local produce, Barycz carp, grilled meat and regional flavours. Food becomes part of the experience.

The shared table
After an active day, there comes a moment when nothing else needs to be organised. There is a barbecue, local produce, Barycz carp, grilled meat, regional drinks and conversation.
We can prepare dinner in a place with character — including an outdoor format, for example near a local vineyard.

Case study
RÖDL & PARTNER
This destination is not a concept taken from a catalogue. We have already delivered a team building trip for Rödl & Partner, using the potential of the region to build the programme around a shared team experience.
That means we can offer more than a location. We can offer a proven way of using it.
Why MOVYTZA?
We combine concept, logistics and experience direction. We can take care of transport, accommodation, activities, catering and on-site coordination.
And if the trip needs a stronger production layer, MOVYTZA can also provide scenography, technical production, hosts, artists and an evening event.
